Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping
All orders are usually despatched within 1-2 working days of payment of an order
We offer registered airmail & economy airmail for heavy items if preferred
Shipping by registered airmail usually takes 7-14 days (but as little as 5 days for some destinations and up to 3 weeks for others)
Shipping by registered economy airmail usually takes 3-4 weeks
You will be notified by email on the day that your items have been sent  
Packages with a combined weight of more than 2 kg will be sent using international postal parcel (by either airmail or economy air). A tracking number will be issued that can be used to track the package online
Items are professionally packed to ensure safe arrival
Items bought at the same time can often be combined to reduce the cost of  postage - an invoice will be sent that accounts for the reduction in postage costs
If an item is returned to us marked ‘Unclaimed’, the cost of re-sending it will be the responsibility of the customer
Customs and import duties, or fumigation costs, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer

We accept payment by:
PayPal (which accepts all major credit cards)
Direct bank deposit into our Australian bank account. Please contact us for details.
International wire transfer - all fees incurred are to be paid by the customer  
Prompt payment is appreciated
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars, which can be converted to any currency using the exchange rate on the day of purchase  

Return Policy

We agree to refund money paid for an item, less the cost of postage, or offer store credit to any customer not satisfied with their purchase.
The item must be returned to us in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or store credit. Please notify us immediately by email if you intend to return an item.
If an item has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately. Please return the item within 14 working days of receipt by the same shipping method as originally used and in the original packaging where possible. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
A refund of the purchase price will be made or a store credit issued (if preferred) as soon as the returned item is received by us.
 If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order for the replacement to ensure its availability and mail back the initial purchase in its original condition. A refund or credit (whichever is applicable) will be issued once we receive the original item back in stock.
